Product development

Tooling
Our tool room of experts is here to help custom create your product mould. Our facilities include Lathes, Milling, CNC Milling and Spark Erosion machines. With over 100 active custom moulds, it’s fair to say that our team knows a thing or two about taking your product design from concept to reality.
Manufacturing
Our facilities are host to over 40 hot and cold running Injection Moulding machines, 3 PET Stretch Blow Moulding machines and more. With a factory that runs 24/7, mass continuous production affords our clientele quick turnaround times, while upholding ISO 9001 quality standards.
Branding
At ExactoCraft, we understand the importance of representing your brand identity. That’s why we offer hot foil printing, heat transfer printing and labelling as an added value. Alternatively, our tooling team can create an embossing effect of your logo straight onto the product.
Assembly
We offer post-production assembly for all of our multi-component products according to our client’s specifications, above and beyond the highest quality standards.
