We partnered with home care powerhouse, Albion Products, to spruce up their Albex and Prolagric products packaging.
Included in our brand packaging update, was their Albex thick bleach easy-pouring, safety-locking caps, the sturdy Albex Pine Gel plastic tubs and the Albex Polagric dishwashing liquid with a push-pull cap and a unique bottle design.
Design and development:
Creative input from Albion combined with years of experience and expertise from ExactoCraft led to a spotless new Albex Prolagric bottle design in three different sizes and the Albex thick bleach easy-pour cap design
Custom tooling:
Using high-grade tooling, our team of professional tool makers created custom injection and blow moulds that were both efficient and practical.
Manufacturing and assembly:
The Albex Prolagric dishwashing liquid bottles are blow-molded from PET pre-forms we manufacture in-house, while all other products are injection-molded from polypropylene. These materials offer cost savings, chemical resistance, a smooth aesthetic, and open up the possibility of recycling unused parts.
